
Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti has accused India’s intelligence agency RAW of financing and guiding a terrorist group named Fitna al Hindustan in an attempt to destabilise Pakistan, particularly in Balochistan. Speaking at a press conference in Quetta, he described the group as a “purely terrorist outfit” with no links to the Baloch people or the province.
India’s Proxy Strategy in Balochistan
Bugti said RAW was directly involved in sponsoring terrorism within Pakistan. He emphasized that India cannot tolerate Pakistan’s economic growth and is resorting to proxy warfare to derail national progress. Flanked by Provincial Minister Zahoor Ahmed Buledi and Chief Secretary Balochistan, Bugti presented audio evidence of Fitna al Hindustan operatives communicating with RAW handlers.
Misleading Propaganda Exposed
During the briefing, misleading Indian media reports were screened, including false claims about the Karachi Port amid recent Pakistan-India tensions. However The Chief Minister accused Indian outlets of spreading disinformation to mask their involvement in violent activities inside Pakistan.

Khuzdar Attack and Innocent Lives
Bugti linked the recent Khuzdar attack, which claimed the lives of innocent children, to Fitna al Hindustan. He said the perpetrators were acting under RAW’s orders and stressed that these militants do not represent the Baloch people.
Dismissing Disinformation
Addressing claims of enforced disappearances, the Chief Minister said such reports were exaggerated. He cited figures from the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) that showed a higher rate of voluntary disappearances among their own ranks.
State Strategy: Dialogue and Firm Response
Bugti reaffirmed that the government does not plan a large-scale military operation in Balochistan. Instead, it prefers political dialogue and targeted action. However, he made it clear that those who pick up arms against the state will face consequences.
Baloch Identity and Unity
He concluded by saying that the Baloch people uphold strong traditions and reject acts of terror.
