Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid a special visit to Kamra Airbase on Thursday to meet with the PAF falcons who played a crucial role in defending Pakistan during the recent Ma’arka-e-Haq military campaign against India.
Tribute to the Heroes
Addressing the gathered officers and pilots, the prime minister praised the unmatched bravery and precision of the air warriors. “You shattered the illusion of the enemy’s air superiority,” he said. “The entire nation salutes your courage and skill.”
Shehbaz Sharif emphasized that the operations carried out by the PAF during the Ma’arka-e-Haq were a defining moment for the country’s defense forces. He noted that their professionalism and readiness sent a powerful message to the region and the world.

Top Brass in Attendance
The premier was accompanied by key members of Pakistan’s political and military leadership. However Among them were Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir, and Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu.
