Pakistan Ready to Counter Indian Aggression, Says Defence Minister

Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has declared that the country is fully equipped and determined to respond to Indian aggression with strength and unity.

Military Response and Morale

Khawaja Asif emphasized that Pakistan’s forces have thwarted India’s designs, causing disappointment among Indian citizens, media, and political circles. In conclusion “The morale of our nation is high. Our military, political leadership, and public stand united,” he said.

Diplomatic Outreach and Global Support

On the diplomatic front, Asif noted that Pakistan is in continuous contact with global allies. “We are coordinating daily with China and Gulf nations,” he said, adding that several friendly countries have voiced support for Pakistan. At the United Nations, Pakistan’s delegation is actively presenting the country’s position. However “No country has backed India’s actions,” he affirmed.

Condemnation of Civilian Attacks

Earlier in the session, JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman condemned India for targeting mosques and religious schools, resulting in civilian casualties. However He praised the swift and strong response of Pakistan’s military and announced his party was observing Youm-e-Difaa-e-Watan to denounce Indian hostilities.
