Karachi: Details of the prisoners have been exchanged between Pakistan and India at the start of the new year.
The Foreign Office spokesman has said that the details of inmates in Pakistani and Indian prisons have been exchanged.
The government has provided a list of 319 Indian prisoners to the Indian High Commission. He added that the Indian government had provided a list of 340 Pakistani prisoners.
However, there are 263 civilian and 77 Pakistani fishermen in Indian jails
